SHIPPING POLICY

SHEISBUJINE delivers Worldwide.

 

Processing

All SHEISBUJINE orders are processed Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM WAT, excluding weekends and holidays. Most orders usually take between 5 to 10 business days to process based on where the order is being placed from. Kindly note there might be rare cases of slight delay due to factors out of our control such as weather conditions, custom clearance.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code.

Method

SHEISBUJINE offers shipping via a third party delivery service. The lead time is estimated from the time your order is shipped.

For security reasons, online SHEISBUJINE orders require a signature upon delivery.


Taxes and duties

Our warehouse is located in Nigeria. For all orders shipped outside this region, the recipient is solely responsible for any import taxes and customs duties.

SHEISBUJINE cannot estimate the amount of customs duties you will have to pay. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Kindly note SHEISBUJINE takes no responsibility for any costs, taxes or delays due to customs.

Where purchase was made prior to confirmation of customs fee we advise to not reject/refuse that delivery. If however you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a return fee deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal.


Purchases on other websites or stores

Where a purchase of SHEISBUJINE product is made from another website or store, please contact the reseller directly.


RETURN POLICY

Conditions

SHEISBUJINE strives for your complete satisfaction, however where the products you have purchased do not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return them within 14 days from the date of delivery


Returns are possible if all the following conditions are met:

  • The merchandise you want to return was purchased from sheisbujine.com
  • Your return request is submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • The item(s) is/are in perfect and original condition: have not been worn, used, altered or damaged
  • The items have not been used in photo shoots, social media posts, online, commercially or for personal gain
  • All packaging shipped with your order must be returned
  • Any additional materials (shoe bags, etc.) are returned along with the merchandise
  • The items are shipped back in their original packaging
  • The return shipment takes place within 14 days from the date the return is authorized
  • The return is shipped from the same country in which the item was purchased


Where return does not meet any of the above conditions, customer would be informed via mail and the package will kindly be sent back where requested. Payment of shipping cost is to be sent in prior, otherwise returned merchandise will be held at our warehouse and no store credit will be issued to customer’s account. Where 14 business days go by with returned item still in our warehouse SHEISBUJINE cannot be held responsible for its return thereafter.

Additionally, SHEISBUJINE will not be held responsible at any point for the loss, theft, or damage of the returned package.


Return process

1 • Request your return by filling out the form on our returns page or by sending an email to store@sheisbujine.com with:

. Your order number

. The description of the item you wish to return (code, color, size)

. The reason why you want to return the item (with evidence where applicable)

2 • Once the return request has been received you will receive an email acknowledging receipt and detailed instructions on how to proceed

3 • Pack the item in the original box

4 • Arrange pick-up with our third party delivery agent


Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 5 to 14 business days for processing your return.
You will be notified by email once the return is complete and the store credit has been issued or exchange sent out.

REFUND

SHEISBUJINE does not offer refunds, we offer exchanges where applicable (as listed in exchange section) or store credit. Store credits are valid for a period of one year from the time they are credited to your account.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us; please ensure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged during shipping. Also, please ensure you get proof of the return (a receipt) in case you need to contact us about your return.

If we notice a suspicious pattern of returns (for example, if we suspect merchandise has been used and then returned, if someone orders and returns regularly, if returned item was intentionally damaged and/or if the returned items do not match what the person ordered), we maintain the right to and will deactivate the account/will prevent sale of SHEISBUJINE products to such individual.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are possible where SHEISBUJINE merchandise arrives defective or an incorrect item was sent (incorrect item refers to the reception of a different order from what was placed on sheisbujine.com). Where defective merchandize was received a proof (video and picture) is to be sent via email within 24 - 48 hrs of delivery. Outside of these exchanges are not permissible and all sales are final. Kindly verify your size using our size guide.

Exchanges are not permissible on items bought on sale or at discounted rates.
